This is a collectible Frankoma 1980 GOP political mug. It\'s in the shape of an elephant and has a terra cotta glaze. \"1980\" is on one side of the rim and \"GOP\" is on the other side. \"Frankoma\" is on the bottom along with a U.S. Patent number. This mug stands about 3-7/8\" tall and is a bit under 3\" across the rim.

This mug is in very good clean condition. In the second photo above, you can see a small yellow spot which I think is probably a glaze drip that occurred during manufacture. Otherwise, I see no cracks, chips or other flaws. This mug would make a wonderful addition to your collection!
