Highly collectible 1940s Frankoma Pottery prairie green silver overlay vase. EXCELLENT CONDITION. There is a tight 1 1/2\"hairline descending from the rim and small non-showing stilt mark on base.No otherchips, cracks, damage or repair of any kind. Bottom marked with FRANKOMA and 78. One leaf is marked with STERLING. Vase is 9\" tall and 4 1/4\" wide. In the early 1940s Frankoma sold various vases and bowls to American Silver Works of New York who decorated them with silver overlay. Most pieces are marked with STERLING.RARE FIND!
