French vintage Christofle Silver-plated Napkin Ring in its original case dating to the mid 20th century.

It would be a lovely Christening or Wedding gift.

I am unsure of the pattern but it has 3 indented rings running around the top of the ring.

It has the mark for Christofle from 1935 to 1983 and the knight chess piece. It is in excellent condition and would polish up much more – I have not cleaned it.It has the tiniest dent on the rim edge, which I have shown in one of the photographs but it is hardly noticeable.

The original box is marked on the front left side corner, other than that it is in good condition. The box is lined and has cord trim, with the name Christofle in Gold on the inside rear of the box and gold lettering Christofle Paris, on the inner edge of the box.

The diameter is 4.2cms or 1 & 5/8”.
The height is 2.8cms or 1 & a bit about Postage costs - we will go out of our way to save money on Postage whenever possible.

Paquet Prio, for items up to 2kgs in weight and up to €150 in value. Delivery Estimate 7 to 21 days depending on location. With this method I have to print the labels for the parcels, which is generally not a problem but if for any reason I have no internet access, or a problem with the printer, PLEASE understand that it may delay the shipment. If this delay causes you a problem, you can upgrade to Colissimo International for the required additional payment. There is no benefit to customers within Europe above the weight limit of 250 grams, where Colissimo still offers the best option. The cost of shipping via the Paquet prio method will have a slightly higher cost than the price on the package as I have to purchase the labels and take time to print them.Colissimo International is a generally fast and effective method of shipping items world wide. It has a weight limit of 30 kgs for Europe and 20kgs for the rest of the world. There is a limit to the value of insurance allowed with this method, so that may sometimes have an effect on the amount of items that can be combined together. However, in general this will not affect normal sales. Delivery times for this method are approximately 5 to 10 days but will differ depending on the world location.
