Description:

This listing is for a Sold Bronze Limited Edition Medal commemorating the Bicentennial of the founding of The Friendly Sons of St. Patrick in 1771.

· It was struck and issued by The Franklin Mint in 1971.

· The obverse of the medal shows an image of St Patrick with the words: Bicentennial The Friendly Sons of St. Patrick fostering charity and service since 1771.

· The reverse shows a scene aboard a ship with immigrants from Ireland with the words: Relief of Immigrants from Ireland.

· This medal is an uncirculated proof encapsulated in an acrylic case.

· The medal measures 1 ½” in diameter.

· The case measures about 2 ¾” by 3 ¾”

· Made in USA.

Condition:

· This medal is in very fine condition. It is still sealed in the case. There are no flaws or damage except for just a bit of toning.
