We will leave response for you after we hear from you that you have received the item. We don\'t like to leave response until we know that you are satisfied with your purchase. Of course, we appreciate your response as well.

We do charge a $2.00 handling fee. This fee is included in the shipping costs when you use the Shipping Calculator, so you know up front what the total shipping cost will be.
