Some other items require a higher starting offer and combined shipping is never a problem but...Do Not Pay For Anything Until I Send An Invoice for the best combine shipping rate .G Scale custom built company row house with outhouse. They are constructed from wood but other materials may be present. Please Note that these row houses were built to 1/36 scale. They were used to force the perspective on an indoor G Scale layout. The layout was dismantled and removed and I acquired some of the buildings. We have a total of 3 of these houses...so if you may need more...please see our other sales. These row houses will appear smaller than a normal size G Scale building and would be best used in the background. Once Again...these houses are 1/36 scale. ALSO...please note that both doors, both door sills, and the porch roof support column have detached and will need some assembly. But...we included a McChicken coop and a broom with this row house.
