This is 120/300 of this attractive European city scene by G Hibbeling. Outer dimensions of the frame are 19\" by 15\" approximately; dimensions within the double matte are about 11\" by 8.2\". I am not an art expert but I\'ve seen several of these online described as \"Aquatint\". An Aquatint etching or engraving is the process focused on creating tonal variations rather than linear affects which gives the appearance of a watercolor. It is often used in conjunction with line etching.
