All our PANDORA is stamped with PANDORA\'s \'ALE\' hallmark and also the \'S925\' for the sterling silver jewellery pieces and \'G585\' for the gold pieces. Older pandora pieces do not have the G before the 585 nor the S before the 925.

Two-tone Sterling Silver and 14k gold charms and jewellery, PANDORA will only stamp it with the S925 or 925 mark since all the two-tone charms are still mainly silver with gold accents.

The item must be in brand new condition. And be returned with any gift packaging. All return postage costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

If an item is faulty claims should be made within 7 days of receipt. Upon receipt of the returned item, an assessement will be carried out to determine the cause of the damaged or faulty item. If the item is determined to be caused by a manufacturing defect, a replacement will be sent and the buyers costs of returning the item will be reimbursed. If a replacement is not available a full refund will be provided.
