GREAT HISTORICAL SPOON FEATURING GEORGE WASHINGTON. GREAT DETAIL BOTH FRONT AND BACK. HE STANDS HOLDING HIS HAT AND HIS SWORD AND ON A CREST THAT BEARS HIS NAME AND STANDS ON TOP OF A CREST OF A BIRD (EAGLE?).
I HAVE NEVER SEEN SO MUCH INFO IN A BOWL BEFORE. SO MANY NAMES, LETTERS, & HYPHENATED LETTERS.
THE BOWL IS ENAMELED AND EMBOSSED AND SAYS; \"WASHINGTON CHAPTER R.A.M. FOR ROYAL, ARCH AND MASONS. NO. 43 CLEVELAND KNIGHT 1910\". THE BOWL IS GOLD WASHED. THERE IS A LITTLE CHIP ON THE WHITE ENAMEL IN THE BOWL. SEE PHOTOS.
IT IS 10.5CM. LONG. IT IS HALLMARKED FOR THE SHEPARD MFG. CO. WITH THE S IN A CIRCLEAND STERLING. THERE IS ALSO A VERY SMALL CUT OR FAULT IN THE BACK OF THE BOWL. SORRY, THE PHOTO DIDN\'T SHOW IT AS IT IS TOO SMALL.
