Mazzi Photograph RARE Vintage black-and-white photograph of Gilles Villeneuve, the Canadian race driver who joined the Ferrari Formula 1 team for the last two races in 1977, and drove for the Scuderia until his death during qualifying for the 1982 Belgian Grand Prix.
This is a 1980s beautifully hand-printed photo, not your run-of-the mill, mass-produced team driver photo. Exceedingly rare, this photo comes from a collection of Italian photographer F.R. Mazzi\'s Villeneuve photos that we have seen only twice. This particular set came to us short a couple photos, which had been framed by the previous owner. We are offering the remaining photos individually.
F. R. Mazzi is known for his candid shots of Enzo Ferrari, team drivers, and action in the garages and pits.
