Above is a beautifully printed Easter greeting. When you supersize image 1 you can see the wonderful details. Up for offer is a wonderful vintage Easter postcard. Featured is a colorful lithographic illustration of a lovely post-Victorian era girl dressed in period attire. She\'s leaning on a huge egg. Above is a beautifully printed Easter greeting. When you supersize image 1 you can see the wonderful details. Notice the adorable chicks hatching from the egg. The artistry\'s terrific and the colors are still vivid.

I strongly suspect that Ellen Clapsaddle provided the art work. The wavy hair, rosy lips, blushed cheeks and cute expressions on the girl epitomizes her style.

Printed in pre-WWI Germany, and published by S. Garre (one of Brundage\'s favorite publishers), this beautifully embossed postcard has not been postally used and has no handwriting on the divided back.
