It is sitting crooked, and will need to be disassembled and reassembled to get it straight. At some point, someone unscrewed it, and the truth is......I cannot get it to sit right. I am not good at that sort of thing anyway......but there is nothing broken or bent. There is a trick to getting all the pieces aligned, and then screwing the bottom screw.....and I do not know that trick!! Otherwise in very gently used condition. Measures about 13\" tall, 13.5\" wide.
