Black leather.
I think that the boots are approximately size 9 (soles measure 11 4/8\" (29.3 cms)).
Leather is in all round good condition.
Leather soles have hobnails
Makers label - By Royal Appointment \'By Appointment Peal & Co,Oxford St, London\'.
The trees are in excellent condition - no splits or damage. They are marked \'L\' & \'R\'.
