ITEM:GORGEOUS Antique HAND-PAINTED Fragonard Love Scene OVAL PORCELAIN PENDANT with Fancy Gilt Piping

APPROXIMATE AGE: Late 19th Century

APPROXIMATE SIZE: The pendant measures approximately 3 1/8\" X 2 1/8\".

ANTIQUE CONDITION:Very Good overall antique condition with only very minor surface wear noted that is consistent with age and gentle use. There is no damage, cracks, splits or chips to the porcelain. Virtually all of the raised gilt piping is intact. PLEASE IGNORE THE LIGHT REFLECTIONS IN THE PHOTOGRAPHS.

WEIGHT: 47.90 grams

MARKS: Unmarked. The custom made gilt silver frame has been acid tested and it tests for sterling silver.

SPECIAL NOTES: A large and beautifully detailed antique porcelain miniature pendant depicting a Fragonard style love scene. The porcelain is intricately hand-painted and exquisitely decorated with fancy raised gilt piping around the edge. The maker & the subject have not been identified but mostly are of French origin. Far, far nicer than shown!!!
