I am proud to present to you this Gorgeous Dead Pawn Sterling Silver Turquoise Cluster Pin/Pendantthat has small round turquoise stone in themiddle and tear drop shape turquoise surrounding it. Measuring a wonderful 1 1/2 inch round in the middle is a small round turquoise stone that is 1/8 inch round mounted in a jagged edge bezel. Then separated by a twisted wire are9 small tear drop shape turquoise mounted in a jagged edge bezel too. Then there is another twisted wire and more tear drop shapedturquoise that has a small silver ball between each one. The pin/pendanton the back side isa pin that measures1inch long with the clasp working perfectly and then above it is a half roundloop made of asmall wirethat is made so a person can use it as a pendant.TheZuni Indian Artist who made it didnot etchit "sterling"but didetch theirName "M. Stead" on itand below that "Zuni" for the Indian tribe they are from and I did check it and it is sterling silver. The turquoise stone I do believe is real turquoise stones mounted on it because as with age some of the turquoise have changed color being expose to air and the oils from some one touching it.Zuni Indian are known for making all their stones by hand. The actual weight of this beautiful piece of art is .5 ounces of .925 sterling silver and turquoise. This beautifulpin/pendant came out of a pawn shop in Gallup NM. It was probably pawned with other jewelry to either buy gas or pay a bill. It was never retrieve from pawn as was put up for sale as dead pawn. Gallup Nm is Known as the Indian Capital of the World for all the reservations surrounding it and also for the Inter-Tribal Indian ceremonial held here every year.
