A: Real 22k, 23k, or 24K gold is used in the plating process. Our gold plate is a minimum thickness of (25 mill) and is genuine gold. Our jewelry plating cost has continually increased as has the global spot price of gold.

Q: Do you offer a shipping discount on multiple purchases?

A: Yes, we combine ship all items to help reduce the shipping charges. All items must be paid for with one payment from one invoice. We only combine items purchased within 4 days or when the price of the items purchased reaches $100.00. Please wait for our invoice before paying so we can adjust the shipping for you. We can not combine ship if items are paid for separately.

Q: How long does it take to receive the items?

A: We always ship the very next day after payment has been received and send email confirmation of such. The items are shipped from here in Thailand and the typical transit time to most places in the world is 2-3 weeks.

Q: Do you provide a tracking number?

A: Tracking numbers are only available if you request an expedited shipping service such as FedEx or DHL. We normally ship the item via Thai Post International. This shipping service is very reliable and much lower cost than Federal Express, DHL or EMS.

Q: Does the jewelry tarnish or loose it\'s luster over time?

A: We provide instructions for caring for the jewelry in each package mailed. The jewelry can become dull if exposed to salt water, perspiration, chemicals or if you wear it repeatedly while taking showers. If washed with warm water and dish soap after wearing it periodically the jewelry will retain it\'s beautiful finish for years.

Q: What is the base metal?

A: Bronze is the normal base metal used but silver is also used in some designs so please read the description carefully. We do not use nickel due to the allergic nature of this metal.

A: Yes, we sell solid 96.5% gold chains here and solid 18k gold earrings here

Q: Do you sell wholesale?

A: No is the short of it. Many of our current customers are resellers and they usually make their purchases through our store and take advantage of our combined shipping discounts that we offer but we do not reduce the item price based on the quantity purchased such would be the case in wholesale.

We Accept PayPal Only. PayPal is the most secure & reliable on-line payment method for style purchases. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept other forms of payment that would require mailing.

At this time everything is shipped viaThai Post International from here in Bangkok. The approximate delivery time is 2-3 weeks from date shipped. We try to have all items shipped the very next day after payment has been confirmed through PayPal. Often, packages are delivered to United States addresses much sooner than the stated time but please be patient since there can be delays due to Customs spot checks, weather issues or public holidays both in Thailand and in your country. Thai mail has proven to be very reliable.

A single item is shipped via Thai International Airmail for the base rate of $4.75 to $6.75 based on the weight of the package and it\'s destination. Items purchased with Promotional FREE SHIPPING do not affect the shipping rate on multiple purchases. FREE SHIPPING only affects the individual item purchased. Multiple items are shipped according to the combined shipping rates.

In the case that FREE shipping is not offered, additional items won can be shipped together for the cost of only $1.95 each. It is beneficial to purchase more than one item! All items eligible for reduced shipping must be purchased within a 4-day period and paid through one invoice. Please wait for our invoice so we can make the price adjustment. If you pay for items separately we can not offer the combined shipping discount to you. Shipping from Thailand is more expensive than from the United States but we try to keep the price of shipping and packaging to a minimum.
