Up for a sale is a beautiful, antique sterling silver and enamel comb, made by fine American silver maker

Thomae & Co. The comb is made of very thick, quality sterling silver weighing 2.4 ounces. The comb is decorated with

gorgeous, blue enamel featuring a beautiful young women with her arm outstretched holding a bird. The enamel is in

excellent condition with no loss. The sterling is in excellent condition with no dings, splits, holes or repairs. The side of the

comb is marked \"Sterling 4511\" with the Thomae & Co. hallmark. The comb is not original to the frame, but it is in good

condition. The comb is a little too small, and is easily removed from the frame. This is a truly gorgeous, very high quality enamel and sterling vanity comb.
