Description:Antique Gorham (as seen in photograph on page 85 of Charles Carpenter\'s Gorham Silver book) sterling silver .925, pie server in the RARE multi motif 1868 Lady\'s pattern, by the designer George Wilkinson, & IS monogrammed. I will let you decipher the elaborate monogram on the handle below the bow. The server features a 3D figural lady\'s ringed hand holding the blade, measures approximately 12 3/4 inches long, weighs 4.040 ozt., & is marked sterling along with the Gorham lion, anchor, G mark, PATENT 1868, STARR & MARCUS (Silversmith from New York, NY 1864-).The server is in antique estate condition as follows;NO REPAIRS. THERE IS SCRATCHING, MAINLY TO THE BLADE & UNDERSIDE, SOME DINGS ALONG RIMS, SOME DENTING ALONG THE HIGHER SIDE OF BLADE RIM, ALL CONSISTENT WITH THE AGE OF THE PIECE.
