This Gorham sterling silver baby food pusher measures about 3 1/8 inches long. It has the Gorham hallmarks and is signed Sterling and Pat 1911. It weighs about 14.9 grams, is monogrammed with an M or W ?, and is in pre-owned condition with some surface scratches from use.
