GREYHOUND CREST Fine OLD SHEFFIELD PLATE HOT WATER JUG c1820

Original Old Sheffield Plate hot water jug circa 1820. Lovely pot engraved with a greyhound dog crest. Wood handle.

Dimensions: 8½ inches tall.

A nasty body dent on the front moulded band (see photo). Old solder repair to the lower handle joint. Light wear revealing warm copper low lights but overall very good condition.
