This Rod is VERY rare, and its in new, never fished, pristine condition. I have never seen any other Garcia rod like it, anywhere.

The Rod finish is like glass and is the reason why there are a lot of lighting glares on the photos. There are absolutely no flaws what so ever on the Rod.

Before France was invaded during early WWII, Richard (Dick) C. Wolff was an assistant at a New York tackle store. Dick met Otto Gumprich (the owner of Garcia & Company) when he went to Dick\'s Tackle shop to have a French made Mitchell Reel appraised. Soon after Dick joined Garcia & Company and rose to the position of Vice President.
