Thisbeautiful toy sewing machine has been in my small TSM collection where I haveused it as a display piece. It has beenone of my most outstanding machines.

Itis a well-built heavy cast iron toysewingmachine and is somewhat hard tofind, especially in this really nice condition.

Thismachine has not been tested for sewing, but the crank wheel moves smoothly andthe needlebar goes up and down.

Thereis very little paint loss and almost all of its bright gold designs are stillthere.

It has a pull out wooden crank handle to turn the wheel--pulls out for cranking and closes down for storage. (This is very rarely found ontoy sewing machines.)

I read on the internet that it is chain driven.

BING or Gebrüder Bing(which means \"Bing brothers\") was a German toy company founded in1863 in Nuremberg, Germany by two brothers, Ignaz and Adolf Bing.
Bing Products with the stylized letters B overW (for \"Bing Werke\" which means \"Bing Works\") dates thepiece from1925 -1934.
