General Railway Signal VA Dwarf Railroad Light GRS B&O RR Aluminum 3 Aspect Lamp:

For sale is this used General Railway Signal VA Dwarf. This signal is aluminum, so it\'s fairly easy to handle, and best of all I can ship it to you! It has 6 lamps and can display red, yellow & green indications. The inner lenses are glass and the outer lenses are lexan. One of the yellow lenses is cracked, but this will not hurt a thing. The outer lenses have varying degrees of sun fade, but are still usable. There are some minor dents and dings on the aluminum, but nothing major.

When I got this signal, the aluminum base had been broken on either side where it bolts to the signal base. I had a professional welder who welds almuminum fix the base and it looks as good as new (see photos). Some of the wiring was old, so I re-wired some of the lamp units and marked the terminals. The only defect left that I can find are two small cracks in the aluminum on each side at the bottom of the top half of the signal.This is minorand will not hurt a thing. All of the lamps have bulbs in them, so just connect a 12V DC power supply to the signaland you areall set.

This would be a neat signal to have in your train room, or can beused as an outdoor decoration. I have seen people selling parts for these on quite frequently. So why screw with buying parts, when you can buy the whole thing and the work is already done for you?

I will do my best to pack this well for shipment so it does not get damaged. Shipping will be via UPS Ground only. If you happen to live close enough, you are more than welcome to come and pick it up and avoid shipping. If that is the case, you will need to let me know your intentions BEFORE you offer, and you will have to pick it up in a reasonable amount of time. I will not hold this signal for months and months.
