\"Bavaria is a region in Europe where many types of porcelain were made. Bavaria is one of Europe\'s oldest states, established about AD 485. In the nineteenth century, the potteries often included the word Bavaria in their marks. After 1871, the words Bavaria, Germany, were used. \"PALE GREEN EDGE surrounding a white center with delicate peachy/pink painted roses. Exact AGE UNKNOWN, but accordinging to antique sites they added Germany AFTER 1871. Shows some slight wear and patina. I have not cleaned it, as I don\'t want to possibly damage the surface. One fleabite at 7 o\'clock on the round edge. Gorgeous lustre.
