offer is for a vintage Incolay stone and brass belt buckle with a horse and rider scene reminiscent of Paul Revere.There is some tarnishing on the brass portion of the buckle (back), but overall it is in pretty solid condition. The finish is gritty stone and it is labeled genuine Incolay, handcrafted in the USA. It also says Incolay in the stone under the patch of ground near the bottom of the buckle.
