From Pacific Coast Gallery Inc. this is a great piece for the NASA collectors. Hand signed by six of the sevenoriginal Mercury astronauts on various dates in 1988. Virgil Grissom\'s wife, Betty, signed for her deceased husband Virgil who hadpreviously perished in the tragic accident inside the capsule on the launch pad. All of the other six have signed near their images and mission patches. Their images have been cleverly blended into the smoke coming out of the rocket\'s engines at launch by artist George Bishop. This measures 25\" x 35\" and was a limited editionof 1500. This is number 181/1500. It is printed on acid free paper. Included is a certificate of authenticity that gives information on when each astronaut actually signed this. This has belonged to my brother for over 20 years. I am selling it for him. He has had it put into a frame that is sort of loose on the top. I would probably reframe this in a better quality frame. The print definitely merits it.
