George V sterling silver bowl. Made by Mappin & Webb in Sheffield in 1916. Bellied bowl with wavy scalloped rim and domed foot. Bowl has solid circular well and pierced trellis with entwining tendrils and solid leaf ornament. Rim has applied grape bunches. Foot same. A piece of the fancy. Hallmarked.
