Original German Helmet with liner,chinstrap and paint, Stahlhelm, WWI M18 Style, Light Weight Parade, WWII

An original and complete Model-1931 helmet, in apple green. This isthe lightweight model used in parades by Army and during the inter-war years.This same type was also used by police and water-police.

Leather liner is complete, soft and pliable. Eyelets are NOT torn,string is present, air holes for forehead in good shape and not torn or sweatrotted. Overall there is only light sweat stains. Leather tabs for the leatherneck protector are present and stiff, one has a slight tear (right rear-asworn).

The helmet has fournoticeable dents, please see the pictures. three dents are circular and the forth is elongated. there is no telling how these dents came to be after nearly eighty-years. There is also some light rust on the crown and black gloss paint on the right exterior (as worn). Please see the pictures.
