German solid silver spoon Jugendstil Art Nouveau 1880-1900 silver mark 800 :

This silver spoon is marked 800 with the Half Moon and Crown. It has the silversmiths mark which I can\'t quite make out but I have drawn the mark that is on the spoon and taken a photograph of the said mark . I think this mark is either Peter Bruckmann or Rossdeutscher and Reisig but I think it is more likely to be Rossdeutscher and Reisig. I can\'t quite think how to describe such a beautiful spoon. It is double struck and very decorative on both sides from the bowl to the top of the soon. It has swags and scrolls and floral motifs. on the back of the bowl of the spoon it has sea scrolls and hatching and different effects to the decoration .it almost evokes the feeling that a sea sprite is is about to leap from the bowl. Please look at all my photographs. I\'m sorry that my photographs do not do it justice.the measurements are 110 mm long and 20 mm wide. It is in perfect condition but it could possibly do with a careful clean and the bowl does have some minor usage wear
