Manual and fiber optic attachment included. Item has wear from use:some dents in the metal, scratches, marks andworn off paint.The manualhas a rip and hole in it. The light is in good working condition. When the fibrelite is shaken, it makes a rattling noise due to the glass part inside (the glass isn\'t broken). The glass part is secured but not so it stops the rattling noise. When powered on, there is some noise from the fan which is normal. What I don\'t know is normal is the louder noise when the light is dim but when the dial is turned to brighter the noise is quieter. The fiber lite weighs about 7.8 lbs. See photos for greater detail.
