this giant powder flask with \"shell & bush\" decoration and a rare charger by Dixon & Sons.
The suspension rings are original.
The charger has the following markings on the graduated scale: 3½ - 4 - 4½ - 5 DRAMS.
JAMES DIXON & SONS has been stamped on the lever.
The total lenght included charger is a whopping 300 mm (11.8 Inches) - the maximum width is 115 mm (4.5 Inches).
This powder flask has seen better days and needs some t.l.c.
Dents and repaired seams, collar soldered to the body, another collar soldered to the first collar.
The charger unscrews, is in good condition but needs a spring.
