Returns Information

We are happy to accept returns for a full refund on any item purchased over the internet. Returns must be completed within 30days of receipt of the item(s) and all items must be unused and returned in the same condition as they were received. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning item and we are unable to refund any postage cost, (except where goods are received faulty). Exceptions: Before you hang any part of wallpaper: read instruction provided (if instruction is missing please do not install wallpaper but contact us for a replacement) layout your mural to ensure that all panels are the same size, colour, that they match together perfectly and they are in good condition. Refunds or exchanges will not be made once you have hung any part of your mural.

* All orders dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment - 2 business days - we are not dispatching parcels over weekend. ** Next day delivery available only if your payment reach us before 11:59am. Via DHL courier (or any other available express service). This service guarantee delivery to 99% of the UK the next working day. Please note that delivery to some locations described by courier as remote area can take 1 day longer. There is no Saturday delivery for this service.

Postage outside of European Union: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties if applicable. - Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
