GIBSON L-1 GUITAR, 1920. BROWN, CASE:

This is a very nice Gibson L-1 from 1920 . The serial # is 568217. The 7 represents the rating of the instrument. The guitar is in general good condition. No cracks in the top or sides. The back does have one repaired crack (see photo). A good luthier could make the crack disappear. Changed tailpiece. Pickguard missing. Some wear in spots on the top. Original bridge. The back had been reglued by the heel at one time. The neck is clean. Binding good. Ebony board and frets are good. Some minor wear at the first three positions. The original tuners are very clean. Look great (see photo). The action is a bit high. Just needs new strings and a good setup and it will play fine. The case is in very good condition (see photo). I ship worldwide.
