During the past 18 years we have collected a wide assortment of mechanical alarm clocks. Most are dated between the 1920s thru the 1940s. We collected these solely for decorative purposes and because they are neat little \"pieces of art\" from another time. We have used some of the clocks from time to time. Just about all of these have NOT been tampered with and/or serviced. They are original, \"as found\", and purchased by us. The only work we\'ve done has been some very light cleaning on a few of the models - so, they are as original as can be. We will be listing a few at a time. Please read on,....
What we have today is a Gilbert alarm clock. Unknown model number or name - but has a strong early 1950s vibe to it.Winding and alarm knobs present. Dial face is clean.Glass has some light scratching, but, displays well.Face measures approx. 4\" in diameter. Height approx. 4 3/8\" tall.Works fine, however, not guaranteed for accuracy as we do not know when the workings were last looked at.Displays exceedingly well. Any questions? - please let us know.
