Fair condition with supple off-white pages. Clear tape along length of outer spine of covers and along inside right front cover edge. 1.5\" water stain middle right front cover. Prior to tape being added along the spine, it appears that the front cover was still attached at the staples but the back cover was near (or fully) detached along the spine from the rest of the book.

Lower grade but complete copy of a desirable Archie comic, which typically sells for multiples of listed Guide values.
