This is an original yearbook from the Class of 1962 at the former Crafton High School (a small school district now part of the still-small Carlynton school district) in Crafton PA, on the western border of Pittsburgh. As this was a small school (though still with a little over 110 graduating seniors in 1962), yearbooks for this high school are relatively difficult to find...and this one is loaded with sharp photos of the school, its students and their antics, and its personnel. A nice look at early \'60s life at this school!
The copy being offered is in good condition overall. In my first three photos, you\'ll see that the covers have only a little wear (mostly at the top and bottom of the spine), along with some white spots on the back cover and brown spots on the ivory-colored letters and numbers on the front cover. The inner pages are very crisp and strongly bound. Occasional stains, smudges, and wrinkles are found, and the tops of several pages have brown marks; to me, these appear to have been caused by nearness to a flame or other heat source. Many of these marks are visible in my photos. One signature is found among the faculty photos.
