Ginny Poseable Doll at \"Mardi Gras\" by Vogue #71-1140, New In Box From 1986:
$9.95

This wonderful doll made by Vogue, a Division of Dakin, was made in 1986 and is part of the \"Ginny Dolls\" line. Ginny Dolls were originally made in the 1950s-1960s and made a resurgence in the 1980s. They are crafted of hard plastic and designed based on the daughter of the company founder. Costuming is elaborate and detailed, and each doll comes with a stand, hairbrush and comb. They are poseable - their arms, legs, and head all move. Their eyes close when they are laid down.

This doll, the \"Mardi Gras\" #71-1140 is designed for those of us who love Mardi Gras! I was stationed in New Orleansand had a wonderful time! The colors, music, parades and food are all spectacular. Our Ginny wears a multi-colored sparkly striped dress with Gold trim. It has netted sleeves and she has beads on her wrists. Her blonde hair is curled up and her Green eyes shine. She also has a cone-shaped cap with netting and a fetching Mardi Gras mask. These have never been removed from the package. A truly delightful doll and outfit...it\'s party time!

The protective items on the doll have never been removed. She still wears the original tags. In pristine condition! Measures 8\" high by 3\" wide and is 1.5\" deep. Weight 11 oz in box. Many other Ginny dolls in our store!
