Return and refund (Right of withdrawal):

Customer canwithdraw from the purchase contract and return the specimen purchased withoutany penalty provided it contact us by e-mail within 5 days from the date ofreceipt of the parcel. The shipping return cost must be borne by Customer. Thespecimen must be returned in perfect conditions, and must include allsupportive material (i.e. labels). Return shipment must be executed within 15days from the date of notice of withdrawal. Upon receipt of the parcel and havingverified its condition we will refund the customer within the following 5working days by crediting to the Customer the sum it had paid, lessshippingcosts.
