Hello, I am selling for a friend several old and antique plucked instruments. He collected for many years. I hope you will like them. Now you are offerding on a good old to antique parlor guitar, handmade in Germany or Austria, a beautiful and interesting piece. There is no label and no date, I guess it was made around 1900 to 1930. Fine woods, the top is solid spruce, the back and sides are made of maple or cherry. The guitar needs small repair, the neck is good playable, fine sound.

The tuning of the guitar should be standard: E - A - d - g - b - e.

The fretboard with 17 frets (condition: o.k.) is made of rosewood, three mop markers. Nice head, the tuners work very well, the interesting bridge is stable (anytime fixed by two additional screws), the original one. The neck is slightly curved but good playable. The action at the 12th fret is about 5mm. Elder nylon strings, good \"old\" sound. A good quality instrument!

Total length: 915mm, scale length: 610mm, width of the nut: 42mm, width 12th fret: 55mm, width of the body: 300mm.

Sorry, there is no case or bag.MEDIUM CONDITION! Some separations back-side, some hairline cracks at the top, normal signs of use (like damages to the varnish) for an antique well played instrument. A great item for the player or collector
