We also know along with the travels they will be placed on conveyor belts and thrown into one truck after another. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us in the shape we sent it out. Please try to keep the box sealed if a figure and tags on if its a plush before contacting me.
All items I have on hand has been inspected. I take pictures of each item of every angle before sending it out to you. I will be more than happy to share my pictures with you after I send off product. If by rare event the package comes out faulty by my end I will pay for postage to have it returned to me as long as it still has the original tags if a plush and the sealed box if a figure.
