Beautiful, 22 inch tall, antique French S.F.B.J. Paris doll with her original, heavy wood and composition, fully jointed French body with flat knee joints, molded breasts, original hands and paint finish. She has big blue, antique glass eyes with finely painted upper and lower eyelashes, multi-stroke eyebrows, pretty open mouth with row of porcelain teeth, wonderful cheek blush and old replaced, wig of long blond curls with topknot. She is incised: Paris SFBJ 60 over 4 and 11 under her wig and wears wonderful layers of antique undies with trim including longpantaloons, chemise and petticoatbeneath her lined blue taffeta gown with big bustle, stockings and pink suede shoes with bows and ties. She is in excellent conditionwith no damages, no cracks or hairlines, no chips or nicks, (hands have had some old touch up to the paint)no fading or stains and no odors as she is from a smoke free home.(loc. 11) Other items including antique mariotte, horse on platform, Santa doll, etc.are not included and each listed separately.
