Gorgeous Antique C.1810 Georgian Pinchbeck Quizzing Glass. This is a Georgian quizzing glass that would date to around the early years of the 19th century say 1910 during the reign of King George III. They were very popular during this period and were worn on black ribbons of moiré silk. Often used by dandy’s as an affectation of showing earnest interest in a curiosity. This one is in very good antique condition with no damage or faults to report, the pinchbeck is in good order with a little antique patina.
