Offered here is this nice antique Smaller Size Solid Cast Iron Fireplace Mantel, with Andirons. It is a small mantel, with matching andirons. It is made of solid cast iron, and has exquisite detail, particularly along the sides. I am unsure of the actual age of the mantel, but I would guess that it dates to the very early 20th Century, or possibly the late 19th Century. It is small, and stands only 33.25\" tall. It is 32.5\" wide, 29\" wide at the bottom, and 9.5\" deep. The andirons are 10.5\" tall, and across the feet are 6.5\" across the back, and 5.5\" front to back. This is a wonderful set in excellent condition, with only some light surface scratches, some small areas of peeling, and some light surface rust in small areas, particularly on the back and underside. It is a wonderful old mantel, and would be a great decorative conversation piece in many rooms.
