I’mproudly offering for your consideration an antique unique and I must saygorgeous Victorian copper/brass wall hanging beveled mirror with very ornate Repoursse. The wood is covered with Repousse copperbrass with floral and scroll designs. This is a large mirror with an abundanceof detail throughout the frame. I didthe magnet test and nothing stuck not even the nails. It appears to be hand made with each sectionhaving a very ornate floral design.There is some wear present to the wood with a section on the bottomcorner missing a very small piece of wood.The center mirror has some minor wear present due to age; however, thereare no chips, cracks, breaks or repairs.There is some damage to the brass on two corners; very hard to see dueto the ornate detailing of this frame and a tiny piece that is missing. I have tried to show all flaws in my photos;please look at them carefully. The backside (last photo still has the original leather backing around the word. This is a difficult item to capture the realbeauty in my photos. I would estimatethe mirror circa 1850’s to 1870’s.
