The last photo shows the doll in a dark chocolate brown wig. This is for you to see for color when you choose a wig for her, and is not included with the doll unless you use the buy it now option.

As you can see she has a perfect bisque head with heavy brows, deep beautiful blue eyes factory set in the clear formula that they used, and her open mouth with about 6 teeth showing ,is perfect and beautifully done as though time has stood still.

She needs a gentle wiping bath as I have not done this yet. This way you will reap the rewards of seeing beneath the film of sediment that occurs over a whole century plus yrs.

I intended to list her factory chemise seperately as it is special and one that isn\'t usually seen but I could not get her arm to come out of the cuff in the sleeve. I noticed also that the other sleeve has at least an inch or more taken out at the seam to get it in and off that side. It is 13 in long , but it is highly possible that it was from a size down Jumeau. I think the usual chemise before being laundered was longer. Of course it could\'ve been laundered and suffered slight shrinkage, but it is a desirable style and color. ( somewhat faded pink).

She is nicely strung and poseable but I do not have the right size doll stand for her. I notice that there is a chip missing on the rim of the head at the opening for the pate and wig to be placed. I only just noticed it from the photo. I never even thought about it otherwise. It poses no problem and does not show under a wig. A possible manufacturing flaw from the kiln. Details show up more in a photo than even to the naked eye. I just wanted to add this, and there is a photo showing her bum, but once again it appears more in the photo. Photos enhancements cause every detail to appear enlarged. She is in beautiful condition with only a tiny bit of paint wear on a couple fingertips. Very wonderful for her age. I do not know if any repairs or possible repainting has been done because I am no doll expert. You will love her!!

She will need a pate, wig, and shoes. She comes with the chemise and a basic pair of socks. She also has pierced ears but came without earrings.

Her body is wooden composition and seems to be original to the doll. I was told that she was original except for her new socks. You will be very pleased with this beautiful Jumeau doll fresh from Paris last year. When outfitted in a worthy costume, she will be the finest !! She is not smelly in any way. Very very nice.
