This is a gorgeous lingerie dress from the 1900-1910 era. It is not perfect, but, good to be 100 years or more old. There are a few holes in the lace at the waist and more at the back of the neck where it has been unhooked many a time. I have had this dress displayed in my home for 20 years, but, am trying to downsize so my kids won\'t have to deal with it all. I have lovingly cared for this dress because I love it. It has stays at the high neck and at the waist which measures 21 inches. Under the bottom foot of the skirt is an additional flounce. I have always displayed it with a slip beneath so its imperfections did not show at all. They do not deter from its beauty with many, many lace inserts on the diagonal. It really is a work of art with a little crocheted panel at the bodice. I hate to part with it , but, the time has come. I have laundered , lightly starched and ironed it and it is sparkling white! I would say overall, its condition is good to very good.
