Pair of sterling silver swans. Made by Durgin (part of Gorham) in Concord, New Hampshire, ca 1915. Each: distinctive feathering with downy plumed wings and scaly neck as well as closed bill and penetrating eyes. Hollow bodies waiting to be filled with treats. A stately pair to glide down the table at your next dinner party. Hallmarked Durgin and Gorham with no. 33. Very good condition.
