But, if an item is ever damaged inshipping, email me photos right away of the shipping box and the damaged contents.We require you to keep the shipping cartonand packing for damaged items so that the carrier and/or insurance company canreview them, and to send us digitalphotos of the damaged item and packaging. You may be required to repackthe items and return them – or ready them for the carrier to pick them up. Thisis how the insurance departments of the shipping carrier work – their rules,not mine. In the event that a refund is in order, will only refund to us the final value fees they charged for our transaction ifthey buyer cooperates with the seller to cancel the transaction.
