This offering is for a fabulous old Victorian era, early Art Nouveau style, hot water or tea kettle. This kettle is brass with tinned interior and hand carved horn finial and heat protector washers on handle. kettle has melon ribbed design and fancy scrolled letters appearing to be TJR. Kettle is marked Gorham Co. with Gorham anchor, date symbol mark a 5 pointed star within a circle for the year 1888 and V44, Tea Pot is in very good original,usablecondition with minor wear to surface consistent with age,
