Great Antique 1840 Indenture Deed Lancaster County Pennsylvania:

This great old document is a deed for Lancaster County PA. It is dated 1840. It is signed by Robert P. Buyers, William P. Caldwell and Sarah C. Caldwell, Mary Buyers and A. Lightner Henderson. It is a very large deed, measuring about 30\" high x 28\" wide. It is done on parchment which is a nice yellowed color, which doesn\'t show too well in the photos. It is in good condition with the writing a bit faded, although still readable. There is an embossed seal which look like it may be from the recorder\'s office.
